Terms of Service - Author
1. You must agree that you are the original writer of the articles being submitted. If you had someone write the article for you , you must agree that you have exclusive rights to the article being submitted.
2. We do guarantee that your article will be accepted in our directory. We have sole right to approve or remove articles at anytime.
3. We have the right to move your article to a more suitable category if we find the article to be in the wrong one.
4. By submitting articles to Travel-Article.com you agree to the following:
． You are allowing Travel-Article.com to publish your article in its directory and any of its directory partners.
． You are allowing Travel-Article.com to publish your article in RSS format for other website's to syndicate.
． You are allowing Travel-Article.com to publish your article in real time, daily or weekly newsletters
5. You understand that Travel-Article.com is a free service and you will not be paid in any way for submitting your article even if they are published. You will however get full credit for your work and your resource box will be left as is.
6. You agree not to add ANY affiliate links in the body of your articles. Adding them in your resource box is allowed.
7. We reserve the right to change our terms of service at any time.
8. We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles.
Terms of Service - Publisher
1. You must not remove "Article Source: http://www.Travel-Article.com" from any of the articles you chose to publish from us.
2. You must not change in any way the articles, this includes but not limited to the resource box and any links provided by the author
3. You agree to keep all hyperlinks "live" so that readers can click on the link and they will be taken to the destination the author was sending them to.
4. You must agree that you will never use any of the articles from Travel-Article.com for spam in any of its forms.
5. You must agree to never sell articles obtained from Travel-Article.com with out the consent of the author of the articles.
If you violate any of the above terms of use and/or any author copyright when reprinting content from our site, you agree to be held liable for all attorney fees and statutory damages awarded upon a copyright infringement lawsuit that may be brought against you. Please read Section 504(c)(2) of the US Copyright Law (http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap5.html#504).
